Your tasks:


  • You qualify potential buyers through dialogue (needs and potential analysis) and identify decisionmakers in the purchasing process
  • You recognize opportunities and qualify the corresponding contacts to significantly advance leads and sales opportunities
  • You keep the phone line busy to engage in dialogue with potential and existing customers
  • You maintain your sales activities in a modern CRM system to strengthen teamwork and provide transparency at all times
  • You develop and optimize new sales strategies and ideas for our campaign management in a team
  • You also support in organizing trade fairs or internal employee events when needed

  • You see no obstacles, only opportunities, and excel in persuasion
  • You are articulate and communicative, with the necessary sensitivity in dealing with highlevel decisionmakers
  • You stand out with a selfmotivated, persistent, and goaloriented work style, accompanied by a structured and analytical approach
  • You have a keen sense for the right approach and a noticeable smile on the phone
  • You handle difficult conversation partners with composure and empathy, and you are able to convey enthusiasm
  • You count composure and the ability to deal with rejection among your strengths, as well as persuasion and persistence
  • You are highly interested in the healthcare sector and the digitization of clinical processes, and having several years of professional experience in a hospital is a plus
  • You have good to very good
