At the earliest possible date, on behalf of our client, we are looking for a

Accounts Receivable Accountant (m/f/d)

for structural engineering in Benson, NC, as part of direct placement.

Tasks:

  • Accounts receivable management
  • Verification of incoming payments
  • Processing of open item lists
  • Handling of payment complaints and invoice inquiries
  • Management of dunning and collection procedures
  • Interface to other relevant departments
  • Communication with external payment service providers
  • Processing of credit insurance and credit security
  • Handling of monthly and annual financial statements
  • Improvement of accounting processes
  • Representation of accounts payable accounting

Profile:

  • Successfully completed commercial training and possibly further training as a financial accountant
  • Expertise in accounts receivable accounting
  • IT skills:
  • Navision
  • MS Office
  • Package
