Do you love customer contact? Then you might be the perfect fit for our client. They currently have an open position in customer service that needs to be filled soon. The position is temporary through employee leasing, with the possibility of permanent employment afterwards.


Your responsibilities would include:


  • Checking, recording, scheduling, and confirming customer orders in SAP
  • Monitoring and updating delivery dates
  • Opening complaint orders
  • Requesting credits
  • Checking and maintaining framework agreements, forecasts, and safety stocks
  • Monitoring ontime delivery
  • Requesting, creating, and maintaining master data in SAP, such as price lists and shipping instructions
  • Communicating with customers and internal interfaces such as sales, warehouse, and accounting
  • Job scope is dynamic and subject to change

What you bring to the position:

  • You have a commercial education (wholesale and foreign trade, freight forwarder)
  • preferably with further training as a trade specialist/bachelor or similar
  • You have several years of experience in customer service
  • You are fluent in English
  • You have excellent MS Office skills, especially in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP), and knowledge of SAP SD and SAP MM
