We are currently seeking a motivated Project Assistant (m/f/d) for the Infrastructure & Overall System department in Cottageville, WV.

About dena

As a competence center for applied energy transition and climate protection, dena supports the German government in achieving its energy and climate policy goals.

To do so, it brings together partners from politics, business, science, and all parts of society. Nationally and internationally, dena develops solutions for climate neutrality and implements them in practice.

Your tasks

  • The Infrastructure and Overall System department at dena is shaping the future of the energy transition. We deal with technical, market, and regulatory issues, such as the future of energy infrastructures and the integration of renewable energies into the energy system. We work closely with the German government on many projects, providing the opportunity to help set the course for achieving energy and climate policy goals by 2030 and 2050.
  • We offer a great team, close contacts with actors in the energy transition (companies, politics, and NGOs), as well as exciting and varied tasks.
  • Support in the administration of various projects, particularly in project controlling, invoicing and reporting, proposal and contract design, as well as organizational tasks
  • Participation in procurement procedures, creation of business plans and forecasts, and reporting
  • Maintenance of project management tools for documenting and tracking economic and contentrelated project development
