DAA Bavaria is looking for a
social pedagogue at the
Augsburg location to support adults.
Social Pedagogues (m/f/d):
immediately in full-time or part-time
Your tasks as a social pedagogue
- individual social pedagogical support and development-promoting counseling as well as individual case assistance for people with disabilities
- training of key competencies and behavior training
- assistance in reducing multiple barriers to employment
- mediation of problem-solving strategies and crisis intervention
- activities to increase motivation of participants
- research of job opportunities and internships
- support of participants in the application process
- close cooperation with the cost carrier, authorities, counseling centers, independent organizations and other actors in the social sector as well as companies
- documentation of individual work
