In our central management in Steinfurt-Borghorst, we not only handle personnel management, but also other tasks such as payroll and financial accounting, fleet management, marketing, billing, and IT for our locations.


What you can look forward to:

  • You are an important link between employee and employer interests and support the nursing management of our various locations as a business partner.
  • You are responsible for the care of a defined group of employees.
  • Advising managers on labor, collective bargaining, and employment law issues.
  • Handling the entire personnel administration from A (employment contracts) to Z (references).
