What we're looking for:


To strengthen our Legal Team in Berlin-Kurfürstendamm, we are looking for a Legal Trainee (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.

Responsibilities:


  • Support in providing crossdepartmental legal advice on a variety of legal issues in the field of ecommerce
  • You will be part of a highly qualified and dynamic legal team and participate in internal and external meetings
  • You will review and evaluate legal questions and provide comprehensive legal advice to our departments
  • You will accompany outofcourt and court proceedings
  • Possible areas of focus:
  • Labor law
  • Contract law (including supplier and SaaS contracts)
  • Terms and conditions law (B2B and B2C)
  • Warranty law
  • IP & UWG law
  • IT law
  • Product compliance
  • Transport law

Qualifications:


  • Completed first state examination in law
