My Responsibilities

  • Systematic development of business control systems (KPI management, financial and liquidity management, efficient reporting, etc.)
  • Management of operational budgeting and planning processes, including alignment of goals and budgets
  • Planning and implementation of financial goals and establishment of strategic controlling
  • Responsibility for monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
  • Point of contact for auditors, tax advisors, insurance companies, banks, and other specialists
  • Close collaboration with management and strategic and operational leadership of finance & accounting, logistics, IT, and administration departments
  • Leading and developing a team, acting as a change agent and role model for improving efficiency and value creation

My Qualifications

  • Successfully completed degree in economics
  • Relevant professional and leadership experience in controlling and finance & accounting
  • Good knowledge of commercial, trade, and tax law
  • Project management, process management, and change management expertise
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Very good German and English skills
  • Knowledge of Simba software is an advantage
  • Structured, thorough, and independent way of working
  • Entrepreneurial thinking and acting, as well as a handson mentality
