Your responsibilities:

Capturing and correcting customer and data information
Answering phone calls to ensure customer accessibility
Responding to and processing inquiries and requests regarding various areas and services
Handling service orders, as well as chat and email inquiries

Your qualifications:

Commercial training or experience (m/f/d) desirable, but motivated career changers (m/f/d) are also welcome
Knowledge of MS Office products
Time flexibility and communication skills
