Diverse tasks await you in Meservey, IA:

  • Processing exemption requests for the current year and reimbursement requests from previous years
  • Processing advance payment offers
  • Processing collective requests from social welfare offices and nursing homes as part of the advance payment campaign
  • Determining refunds and issuing corresponding payment instructions
  • Recording bank details and SEPA mandates
  • Ensuring telephone inquiries are handled (phone calls)
  • Acting as a contact person for customers and service providers regarding exemption from copayments, including telephone consultations
  • Ensuring availability during our service hours according to staff deployment planning

What you bring:

  • Completed training as a social insurance specialist, healthcare management clerk, office clerk, or a comparable qualification related to the healthcare or business sector
  • Professional experience is desirable
  • Good PC skills, especially in MS Office
  • Good communication skills in both written and spoken form, and enjoyment in interacting with people (customers, colleagues, and business partners)
