WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU

For one of our cooperation partners - an organization in Potsdam-Mittelmark - we are currently seeking a state-recognized educator or childhood educator for a mother-child or father-child residential group (in Groß-Kreutz/Schmergow) in Leavenworth, KS, starting as soon as possible, in full-time (39 hours).

THIS IS WHAT YOUR WORKDAY LOOKS LIKE

You support mothers, fathers, and their children in all healthrelated topics concerning pregnancy, birth, infant care, and child welfare
You promote independence in selfcare
You strengthen support within the family system by maintaining regular contact with parents or grandparents
You work with relevant authorities, schools, institutions, health facilities, and family centers to build a network
You resolve communication problems and conflicts
You document, evaluate, and create reports on your observations and assessments of the individual development of young mothers and fathers

Compensation according to the parity collective agreement plus allowances
A reliable work schedule with regularly distributed working hours for day shifts (approx.

11:00 am-9:00 pm) and night shifts (approx.

4:00 pm-9:30 am)
