    About the roleAs a Senior Product Manager on the Okta Personal team, you will be devising strategy and overseeing execution of a 0 to 1 product to fundamentally rethink and redefine what the future of identity looks like across the Internet.

    What you'll doDefine and execute the product roadmap to improve user retentionCollaborate with your engineering and design counterparts to establish project timelines and ship high-quality, delightful end user experiencesCollaborate with GTM, analytics, and user research counterparts to conduct market research, gather user feedback, and analyze dataStay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies in the consumer identity spaceYou have5+ years of Product Management experience working on a direct to consumer or user-centric enterprise SaaS productStrong technical background and ability to quickly understand complex conceptsExcitement to work with ambiguity in a quickly changing environment on a product that is still pre product-market fitDeep sense of empathy for our customers and their end-usersSkills to convey complex ideas through written, visual, and verbal communication, from detailed specs to strategic presentationsPersistence and a whatever-it-takes approach to ensure that the product and team are successful, whether its taking over project management, QA, etc#LI-remoteBelow is the annual base salary range for candidates located in California, Colorado, New York and Washington.

    Your actual base salary will depend on factors such as your skills, qualifications, experience, and work location.

    In addition, Okta offers equity (where applicable), bonus, and benefits, including health, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), flexible spending account, and paid leave (including PTO and parental leave) in accordance with our applicable plans and policies.
