    Dermalogica is seeking a dynamic and talented National Accounts Coordinator Professional Skin Therapist Channel (PST) based out of our global headquarters in Carson, Los Angeles CA.

    This is a hybrid, on site position with applicable work guidelines.

    Reporting to the National Accounts Director, PST, the successful candidate will provide administrative, marketing, and sales support to the National Accounts Corporate Team, Field Sales, as well as Dermalogica Sales Operations Team as needed.


    Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesReporting:


    Pull sales/sku reports to log and analyze dataMaintain various trackers, including new door trainings and gratisAdministration:Manage National Accounts GWP Sales promotions including set up with IT, planning and online ordering platform (Pepperi).

    Performance analysis and monitor inventory movementUpdate the quarterly BC Planner each month, outlining in-store and promotional activityManage National Account mailbox, addressing all inquiries and requests from the sales team and national account staff/owners for PSTMaintain National Account SharePoint folder and update documents as neededSubmit Purchase Orders for payment in ConcurWork closely with Planning to reserve/ release promotion sku forecastsSet up new accounts in Pepperi as needed for National AccountsUpdate new item forms for new launch products and promotional skusHandle Corporate contacts inquires and requestsAssist with creating and overseeing National Account contests to be utilized to increase staff sales/services, along with distribution of prizes

    Item Creation:

    Work with vendors to create Dermalogica branded itemsWork with Planning and Creative to create Gifts with Purchase (GWP) itemsWork with Planning and National Accounts Director in creating various training gratis giveawaysCreate/request digital and printed assets in Wrike, including event collateralShipments:Assist in executing fulfilment needs for Field Sales team support items and training gratis.

    Lead the execution of mass shipping initiatives for all National Accounts, including monthly GWP, new innovation, Field Sales team support items, regional events, and other shipments as needed.


    Events:
    Work collaboratively with National Accounts Director and Associate Manager in all aspects needed for annual conferences, travel and event support as needed

    Required Skills and Abilities:


    Strong verbal and written communication skillsExcellent organizational and follow up skills with the ability to plan, organize and prioritize multiple accountabilities and deadlinesStrong technical aptitude required with the ability to learn new software programsMicrosoft Office application skills: Strong in Word, Outlook and Excel.

    Skills working within PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint a plus.

    Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to be flexible and adapt to changing situationsComfortable working independently with limited direction and with a high degree of accuracyAbility to consistently meet or exceed expectations in performing own work requiredGood math aptitude requiredContinually seeks to expand knowledge and skills through independent self-learningAbility to adhere to punctuality/attendance dress code standardsAbility to lift and carry up to 25 lbs on occasionEducation and or Experience: High School Diploma and experience working in an administrative capacity, preferably in a sales environment, required.

    Experience or knowledge in the skin care industry and of Dermalogica products a plus.
    The hourly pay rate range is $23 to $26 per hour based on experience, skills, education, and budget.
