We are currently looking for an experienced lecturer (m/f/d) for our Seniorenwerk Academy at our location in Lower Saxony / Hannover, starting as soon as possible.

The focus areas of the training are communication and coaching in the leadership process, personnel management, and crisis intervention. The further education is aimed at employees in the healthcare industry.


Your tasks include:

  • Planning and conducting seminars and workshops
  • Teaching theoretical foundations and practical skills in the areas of communication and coaching in the leadership process, personnel management, or crisis intervention
  • Creating teaching materials and handouts
  • Conducting evaluations and further developing the training concept

Your qualifications:

  • Completed degree in psychology, economics and social sciences, or comparable qualifications
  • Extensive professional experience in leadership development and change management
  • Experience in teaching theoretical foundations and practical skills
  • Indepth knowledge in the areas of communication and coaching in the
