The Handwerkskammer Reutlingen is the self-governing body of the crafts industry in the districts of Freudenstadt, Reutlingen, Sigmaringen, Tübingen, and Zollernalb.

It represents the political and economic interests of its more than 13,800 member companies. In addition to a wide range of services, the Handwerkskammer Reutlingen operates three modern training academies.

To strengthen our department - Finance and Controlling in Reutlingen, we are looking for a qualified

Finance and Controlling Assistant (m/f/d)
Part-time 75%, permanent

Your responsibilities

  • Assisting the head of the Finance and Controlling department in all organizational and operational processes
  • Supporting operational tasks such as financial planning and annual accounts, budget monitoring, cost and performance accounting, and tax returns
  • Preparing and creating documents, presentations, meeting agendas, statistics, and reports
  • Point of contact (m/f/d) for digitization of financial processes
  • Coordinating tax compliance and risk management for all departments and staff positions
  • General administrative and clerical tasks
Your qualifications

  • Successfully completed commercial or taxrelated vocational training, ideally supplemented by advanced training as a business or economics specialist (m/f/d)
  • Professional experience in accounting and tax processing desirable
  • Strong communication skills, flexible and resilient team player, with a responsible, structured, and serviceoriented work style
  • Proficient
