As part of our temporary staffing services, we are continuously looking for a
Receptionist in Sales Support (m/f/d) in Spandau - Starting at €17.00 per hour for our renowned client in
Berlin.


Your responsibilities

  • Customer support and consultation
  • Coordination of appointments for visitors and external meetings
  • Sales of small materials and factory items
  • Preparation and followup of offers
  • Maintenance of customer data and general office tasks
  • Correspondence and telephone reception

Your profile

  • Completed commercial or technical education or equivalent
  • Professional experience in customer service
  • Ideally, knowledge of ERP/SAP
  • Serviceoriented work style
  • Good MS Office skills
  • Excellent written and spoken German skills
  • Teamwork skills
  • Flexibility and willingness to learn
