    Description

    Contract Position. Average 30 hours per week. $40 per hour

    Key Responsibilities:

    Event Sponsorship Coordination: 80%

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming inquiries from consumers and organizations seeking event sponsorships.
    • Evaluate sponsorship opportunities on a case-by-case basis, considering factors such as audience demographics, event scale, and alignment with Ravensburger North America's brand values and marketing objectives.
    • Utilize project management software to effectively track sponsorship inquiries and status of each event.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to assess resource allocation and budgetary considerations for sponsorship opportunities.
    • Coordinate logistics and fulfillment of sponsorship commitments, including product shipments, promotional materials, and on-site activations.
    • Maintain ongoing communication with sponsored events to ensure alignment with Ravensburger North America's brand messaging and objectives, and to maximize the impact of partnerships.

    Social Media Community Engagement: 20%

    • Actively engage with the Ravensburger community on social media platforms, including Facebook/Meta, Instagram, X, and others as needed.
    • Respond to inquiries, comments, and messages in a timely and professional manner, fostering positive relationships with our audience.
    • Familiarize yourself with key members of the puzzle community (artists, influencers, etc.), and interact with them regularly.

    Qualifications:

    Required:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. (Or equivalent work experience)
    • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a creative flair for storytelling.
    • Proven track record of successfully managing projects from conception to completion, meeting deadlines and budget constraints.
    • Proficiency in social media platforms and tools for community management and content creation.
    • Self-motivated, resourceful, and adaptable.

    Preferred

    • 3+ years of experience in brand management, community management, or marketing, preferably within the toy, gaming, or entertainment industry.
    • Jigsaw puzzle enthusiasts are especially welcome to apply.
