Summary:
Ravensburger North America is seeking a passionate and innovative Community Engagement & Sponsorship Coordinator to join our team on a contract basis.
In this position, you will play a crucial role in coordinating our brand presence, fostering community engagement, and developing strategic partnerships.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of one of the most beloved brands in the toy and game industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Event Sponsorship Coordination: 80%
- Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming inquiries from consumers and organizations seeking event sponsorships.
- Evaluate sponsorship opportunities on a casebycase basis, considering factors such as audience demographics, event scale, and alignment with Ravensburger North America's brand values and marketing objectives.
- Utilize project management software to effectively track sponsorship inquiries and status of each event.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to assess resource allocation and budgetary considerations for sponsorship opportunities.
- Coordinate logistics and fulfillment of sponsorship commitments, including product shipments, promotional materials, and onsite activations.
- Maintain ongoing communication with sponsored events to ensure alignment with Ravensburger North America's brand messaging and objectives, and to maximize the impact of partnerships.
Social Media Community Engagement: 20%
- Actively engage with the Ravensburger community on social media platforms, including Facebook/Meta, Instagram, X, and others as needed.
- Respond to inquiries, comments, and messages in a timely and professional manner, fostering positive relationships with our audience.
- Familiarize yourself with key members of the puzzle community (artists, influencers, etc.), and interact with them regularly.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. (Or equivalent work experience)
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a creative flair for storytelling.
- Proven track record of successfully managing projects from conception to completion, meeting deadlines and budget constraints.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and tools for community management and content creation.
- Selfmotivated, resourceful, and adaptable.
Preferred
- 3+ years of experience in brand management, community management, or marketing, preferably within the toy, gaming, or entertainment industry.
- Jigsaw puzzle enthusiasts are especially welcome to apply.
