    Registered Nurse Staff Development Coordinator / Infection Control– (Registered Nurse) Skilled Nursing Facility

    Alliance Health at Rosewood is a non-profit skilled nursing facility located in Peabody, MA.

    We are a well-established, positive, team-oriented center that strives to support one another and our staff, while working to achieve excellent care and service for our patients and residents.

    We are looking for a Registered Nurse to join our management team as the Staff Development Coordinator. The duties for this position are to provide staff education and oversight of Infection Prevention.

    We are looking for someone who can provide guidance and oversight to the nursing team, facilitate nursing care to our residents while acting as the mentor to our employees.


    We have a reputation for providing high quality care and exceptional rehabilitation services, as well as a reputation for taking care of our staff.

    We are committed to consistent assignments and have a staffing ratio that allows time to develop relationships with the people we work with and care for.
