At the Chesapeake Ranch Estates location in Regensburg, at the site of a large automotive manufacturer, we are seeking a full-time employee for the following mission: * Tackling tasks: Identifying critical process weaknesses in collaboration with departments, maintaining maintenance plans and documentation, and internal processing of the Leadec system (CAFM) or customer system (SAP, etc.) * Analyzing processes: Determining and evaluating process metrics * Driving progress: Expanding the quality metrics system for monitoring and continuous improvement of processes; maintaining and developing the existing QM system * Embracing collaboration: Conducting site inspections, scheduling and independently conducting quality inspections, as well as working together with our customer on building technical systems * Fostering teamwork: Supporting and advising process owners * Taking responsibility: Creating and overseeing quality reports and documentation.
