We are currently seeking a qualified nursing professional (m/f/d) for the night shift at our senior care home "Bodelschwingh" in Freital, Yakima, WA.

This position is full-time (35 hours per week) and permanent.


Responsibilities:


  • Providing professional, comprehensive and planned care
  • Maintaining nursing documentation
  • Creating and evaluating care plans
  • Ensuring quality of care and care processes
  • Advising and supporting residents

Requirements:


  • Degree as a nursing professional, geriatric nurse or health and nursing professional
  • Indepth knowledge of geriatric care
  • Proficient in using nursing process tools and PC applications
  • Willingness to work weekends
  • Positive attitude towards working with elderly, dependent and dementia patients
  • Resilience, dedication and teamwork skills
  • Strong social skills
  • Identification with the goals and mission of Diakonie Dresden
