For our renowned client in Hamburg, we are looking for a telephone customer advisor (m/f/d) in West Blocton, AL.

Your responsibilities:

  • Providing telephone advice and support to customers and prospects regarding statutory health insurance and dental supplementary insurance
  • Processing customer inquiries and applications
  • Acting as a liaison between customers and health insurance companies
  • Recording and maintaining customer data

Your profile:

  • Commercial education (e.g. office clerk or insurance specialist) or open to career changers
  • Previous experience in customer advisory roles
  • Enjoy working with customers
  • Willingness to learn and strong communication skills
  • Fluent in German, both written and spoken
