Application Support Specialist

Your responsibilities in internal service:


  • Support of office applications and procedures for multiple departments
  • Configuration, customization, and integration of application software
  • Support of client and server operating systems, including rights management
  • Selection, provision, installation, configuration, and support of hardware, troubleshooting
  • Employee helpdesk, initiation of error correction measures

Your qualifications:


  • Completed training as a computer scientist specializing in application development, system integration, data and process analysis, or a comparable degree
  • Knowledge of networked PC environments with Windows and Windows Server, Windows Terminal Services, and Citrix, MS Exchange
  • IT knowledge and practical experience in using standard and application software
  • Knowledge of internet and network technologies
  • Understanding of technical English is advantageous (research in specialist literature)
  • Knowledge of processes in public administration is advantageous
  • Analytical thinking, independent and solutionoriented work style
  • Initiative, resilience
  • Teamwork, conflict management skills
  • Driver's license class B
The willingness to use a private car for official purposes is required.
