Who we are:

The DRK District Association Neumünster e.V. is a non-profit organization recognized as a charitable association. It operates a headquarters, three day care centers, child care facilities, an open and reliable all-day care at the Gartenstadtschule, a refugee care facility, a second-hand store, a volunteer agency, a migration counseling center, a social counseling center and a contact point for over 90 self-help groups. Volunteer work is carried out in various areas such as social work, general education and the Red Cross Youth. In addition, the district association is the sole shareholder of the DRK-Fachklinik Hahnknüll gGmbH, the DRK-Betreuungsgesellschaft Neumünster gGmbH and the DRK Soziales Wohnen Neumünster gGmbH.

Your tasks:

  • 30 or more hours/week
  • Accounts receivable and payable accounting including reconciliation of outstanding items,
  • Booking of cash and bank transactions,
  • Fixed asset accounting,
  • Billing of day care centers,
  • Settlements with city and state,
  • Payment transactions (collecting direct debits, making transfers),
  • Creating certificates,
  • Preparing sales tax returns,
