The salary for this position is based on pay group 4 of the collective agreement for public service employees (TVöD), with additional compensation in accordance with the collective agreement for drivers of state-owned vehicles (Pkw-Fahrer-TV-L) depending on the amount of time worked (see ).


Responsibilities:

  • Driving the city's top officials, primarily the second and third mayors, as well as professional advisors
  • Regular driving duties outside of normal working hours (especially evening appointments, weekend and holiday appointments)
  • Occasional courier services
  • Regular maintenance and care of service vehicles, assisting with the procurement of new vehicles

Requirements:

  • Class B driver's license

Desired qualifications:

  • Experience in passenger transportation
  • Skilled and safe driving
  • Excellent knowledge of the local area, particularly in Augsburg and the surrounding area
  • Good manners, adaptability, sociability, and confidentiality
  • Willingness to work outside of regular working hours, especially in the evenings and on weekends and holidays
  • Completed vocational training
