    SUMMARY
    The Sr.

    HRM is a strategic partner to business leaders, executing on initiatives related to the overall people and business strategies; evaluating risk, and helping to drive organizational effectiveness.

    You will support the CHRO and business leaders on numerous projects throughout the organization that improve performance, retention, and the overall employee experience.

    As a Sr.

    HR Manager (HRM), you will also be responsible for managing various aspects of the HR function for an assigned business group.

    To be successful, you will need a flexible skill set, including the ability to think strategically, execute tactically, and collaborate across many teams, levels, and situations.


    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES


    Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development.

    Manages the talent acquisition process, which may include recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of qualified job applicants, particularly for managerial, exempt, and professional roles; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.

    Provides support and guidance to middle management, and other staff when sensitive questions and issues arise; administer and execute routine tasks in delicate circumstances such as providing reasonable accommodations, investigations and terminations.

    Serve as the primary HR support and leadership for non-corporate locations.
    Chair and lead the middle management meeting; responsible for the development and results that arise from the meetings
    Responsible for recruiting talented individuals for roles across the Bank.
    Review the current hiring process and implement necessary changes.
    Chair and continue the implementation of the Hiring Committee.
    Assist management in communicating the Sunwest culture to future and current employees.
    Assist in the delivery of core HR processes (i.e., Performance/Talent Management, Staffing, Leadership Development and Change Management) across client areas, while identifying integrated ways of improving talent outcomes
    Coach senior leaders on key areas such as leadership, teamwork, strategy, etc.
    Build, innovate and iterate on designing solutions to promote and drive the talent agenda forward
    Strong emphasis on integrated problem solving, using an analytical lean, market data and intuition to drive talent solutions
    Collaborate with CHRO to develop HR programs: provide feedback, input, and change management considerations to ensure that end products are relevant, applicable and achieve desired end results
    Collaborate with CHRO in support of the overall Financial Services organization (Compensation, Training, Recruiting and Communications) to design and deliver key strategic projects and solutions critical to talent-related goals and objectives
    Drive performance management and talent management with a focus on monitoring and analyzing key HR performance indicators including engagement, attrition, differentiation and development themes
    Proactively identify innovative and creative solutions with a willingness to push and challenge for transformative work
    Effectively integrate both qualitative and quantitative data sources to make recommendations, decisions and appropriately influence leaders
    Identify impact areas with a keen eye on possibilities and a deep hunger for going deep into the analysis of high leverage areas

    Understands and complies with all company rules and regulations

    Attends training and maintains a basic knowledge of procedures to ensure compliance with laws and regulations governing financial institutions, as they apply to your position and job responsibilities, with an emphasis on the BSA/AML/CIP, Consumer Privacy, Regulation CC, Information Security, Bank Protection Act, FACT-Identity Theft, Information Technology and GLBA.

    SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
    This position does have supervisory responsibilities


    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
    A minimum of 5 years of HR Management experience
    Excellent knowledge of using online networks to recruit talent.
    Robust understanding of effective hiring processes and the ability to implement a successful solution for Sunwest.
    Strong experience and knowledge of employee relations and conflict resolution.
    Strong communications skills, both internally and externally.
    Excellent understanding of personality surveys and their effective use in organizations.
    Possess the strategic ability to grow an organization through identifying goals, the path to achieve them and successfully articulating the mission, goals and priorities to key stakeholders across the organization
