    About this role:

    Wells Fargo is looking for a Senior Lead Product Designer to help us design and transform the client facing website for Wells Fargo's Commercial and Corporate & Investment Banking users.

    In this role, you will be a core member of the Digital Design & Innovation team, tackling design challenges large and small and always focused on how to improve our work.

    You have a refined, progressive design aesthetic and are a hands-on product designer who is as comfortable tackling blank-sheet problems as you are collaborating with others to finesse design details.

    In this role, you will:


    Lead the design and design delivery of key functionality within a client facing, responsive web, banking website, including the visual design, and information architecture.

    Collaborate with peers, directs, management and stakeholders to prioritize and plan work based on customer needs and business objectives.

    Deliver the design of wireframes, user flows, prototypes and specifications based on a synthesis of business drivers, product requirements, user needs, and technical considerations.

    Adhere to project milestones through design delivery and presentation to stakeholders.
    Provide product usability, evaluation, and support to product development teams.
    Develop rapport with partners, gathering feedback and successfully sharing design strategies.
    Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals.
    Guide teams to be more customer-centric and innovative in-order to deliver outstanding new experiences.
    Facilitate productive collaboration with product and technology peers, and other key stakeholders.
    Contribute to the establishment of design guidelines and standards.
    Champion design integrity through adherence to processes and established best practices.
    Identify and assess industry trends and their impact on the company's product design direction.

    Participate in the enrichment of the design community within and outside of Wells FargoRequired Qualifications:7+ years of Website and Application Design experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

    Desired Qualifications:
    Have experience creating high-impact business-to-business (B2B) websites.
    Strong UX and Visual design skills and command of common design tools, specifically Figma for creating documentation and prototypes.
    Ability to communicate effectively and persuasively to convey design solutions to a broad range of stakeholders.
    Comfortable with ambiguity and able to shape and drive work independently.
    Experience designing effectively within a standards-aligned, Agile design environment.
    Experience working with digital design systems, contributing to style guides, and delivering digital assets to development teams.
    Must be detail oriented, well organized, be able to handle multiple projects, and prioritize different tasks.
    Excellent verbal and communication and interpersonal skills.
    Must have a current online portfolio and CV/resume.
