The ARM Group LLC is hiring for the
General Manager (Woodwork Background) for our growing Client in
Charlotte, NC.

Responsibilities of the Window & Door
Division Manager:

Overseeing Production:
Leading and managing the entire production process to ensure adherence to design specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.

Leadership of Teams:
Supervising and mentoring a team of woodworkers, craftsmen, and production staff to foster collaboration, skill development, and adherence to woodworking best practices.
Coordinating Projects:
Collaborating closely with project managers, designers, architects, and clients to understand project requirements, provide technical input, and ensure production plans align with design intent.
Resource Management: Allocating and managing resources effectively, including raw materials, equipment, and manpower, to optimize production efficiency and minimize waste.

Quality Assurance:
Implementing and maintaining rigorous quality control processes to uphold the highest level of craftsmanship and attention to detail in all architectural woodwork products.
Continuous Improvement:
Identifying opportunities for enhancing production processes, streamlining workflows, and integrating innovative techniques to improve efficiency while maintaining quality standards.

Health and Safety Compliance:
Ensuring all production activities comply with health and safety regulations and standards, creating a safe and productive work environment for all team members.
Vendor and Supplier Relations:
Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely material delivery and negotiating favorable terms to support production requirements.
Financial Management: Taking responsibility for profit and loss (P&L) aspects of the division, including budget management, cost optimization, and financial analysis to drive profitability and sustainable growth.
Qualifications for the Window Division Manager role:
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in architectural woodwork production, with comprehensive knowledge of woodworking techniques, materials, and finishes.
- Financial acumen, including experience in budget management, cost optimization, and managing profit and loss (P&L) aspects of the division to drive profitability and sustainable growth.
- Familiarity with custom woodworking and/or windowmaking.
- Strong leadership capabilities to inspire and manage teams effectively.
- Proficient in project management and organization, with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to interpret architectural drawings and specifications proficiently.
- Familiarity with CAD/CAM software and other relevant production tools.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and clients.
- Problemsolving skills and a proactive approach to resolving production challenges.
- Indepth understanding of industry trends, best practices, and evolving technologies in architectural woodworking.
- Extensive knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and supply chain management.
- Financial acumen, including experience in budget management, cost optimization, and managing profit and loss aspects of the division.
- Thorough understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Pay:
$100, $110,000.00 per year
