Join our team in Hamburg as a
Student Assistant for Access Permissions/Locking Systems (m/f/d):

Ensure a secure FLOW through our facilities:


YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • You actively support the maintenance and updating of formal permissions and assist in processing access requests, including checking for completeness and plausibility.
  • You also enter permissions into the locking system.
  • Do you want to take on responsibility? Then archiving requests in a legally compliant manner is also part of your tasks.
  • Additionally, you update floor plans on a weekly basis.

YOUR PROFILE:


  • Ongoing studies in business administration or related fields with technical understanding/background
  • Proficient in using MS Office products
  • Responsible and serviceoriented team player with quick comprehension and sound judgement
