A great work-life balance: We have implemented a 35-hour work week for full-time employees. Starting in September 2023, you will work 2 hours less with full salary compensation. In September 2024, your weekly working hours will be reduced by another 2 hours with full salary compensation, to a total of 35 hours. Part-time employees work proportionally fewer hours.
