Pflanzwerk is a leading e-commerce company in the field of planters, flower pots, and garden supplies. We are looking for reinforcements in customer service / administrative support (m/f/d) in Landa, ND.

Your responsibilities:

  • Expert handling of all incoming customer inquiries by phone or in writing, as well as completing customer requests
  • Independent handling of complaints and problems
  • General tasks in project administration and coordination, as well as implementing measures for quality assurance
  • General administrative tasks

Your profile:

  • Completed commercial apprenticeship
  • Ability to provide customeroriented solutions immediately
  • Willingness to be flexible with working hours, availability, and enjoyment of work
  • Good knowledge of PCs and the internet
  • Good MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Resilience and quick comprehension
