We are currently seeking a receptionist (m/f/d) for the morning shift (with occasional full-time coverage) for an internationally operating, family-owned industrial company.


Your responsibilities:

  • Answering and transferring calls in the telephone center
  • Processing incoming and outgoing mail
  • Managing the stock of mailboxes
  • Preparing bulk mailings for various locations
  • Creating and updating internal phone lists
  • Answering calls when redirected

Your profile:

  • Completed vocational training and previous experience in the service industry is an advantage
  • Excellent German language skills
  • Good English language skills
  • Enjoy talking on the phone and interacting with people
  • Excellent manners and a serviceoriented work style
  • Good knowledge of MS Office

Type of position:
Temporary employment, part-time, permanent position

Contract duration: 18 months


Working hours:
25 per week


Salary:
€ €19.50 per hour


Working hours:

  • No weekends
  • Monday to Friday

Experience:

  • Reception: 1 year (preferred)
Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
