Regional Sales Director - Industrial Business Unit

Location:
Wolf Point, MT

We are seeking a Regional Sales Director to join our Industrial Business Unit, reporting to the EVP and GM.

This role will be based in Europe or the UK and will involve managing a high-performing team of sales professionals to achieve regional sales and revenue targets.

The role includes ownership of strategic accounts and selling our GNSS end-to-end solutions, including our Skylark GNSS Cloud Corrections Services and GNSS receiver hardware products.


The Regional Sales Director will have responsibility for all Industrial segments in Europe, Middle East, Africa, and India, with a focus on multi-year contracts with strategic, enterprise, and OEM customers.

The ideal candidate will have experience in consultative selling and a proven track record of delivering results.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and exceed EMEA sales and revenue targets
  • Manage a team of sales professionals, inside sales, and reselling partners
  • Hire, train, and manage team members to ensure high performance
  • Personally handle sales cycles and close deals with strategic customers
  • Work closely with the Revenue Operations Team to maintain accurate customer opportunity forecasts and deal status in our Salesforce CRM system
  • Hold the sales team accountable for creating and maintaining account plans for major accounts
  • Review account plans and deal closure plans regularly with sales leadership and partners in engineering and marketing
  • Draft, review, negotiate, and manage contracts with customers
  • Develop strong relationships with customers, partners, and the Swift leadership team
