Housekeeping Employee (m/f/d)
starting in July 2023
with a workload of 30 hours per week.

Your responsibilities with us:

  • Open approach in working with individuals with various impairments and support needs
  • Creating and maintaining a homely atmosphere in the residential facility
  • Cleaning in compliance with hygiene regulations in the stationary area
  • Developing and shaping necessary structural processes in the stationary area
  • Taking on the role of hygiene officer for the facility
  • Organizing and accompanying weekly shopping trips
  • Proficiency in using computers and office programs
  • Responsibility in handling cash, finances, and billing

What you bring to the table:

  • Completed training and experience in the housekeeping field
  • Teamwork skills
  • Organizational talent, confident demeanor, and good communication skills
  • Empathy, tact, and patience when working with mentally ill residents
  • Willingness to identify with the diakonic mission statement
  • Driver's license class B
