Job Overview:

Duties:


  • Enter data into computerized databases with precision and speed
  • Transcribe information from paper documents into digital formats
  • Organize and maintain files and records
  • Perform clerical tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing documents
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel for data entry and manipulation
  • Create and manage pivot tables for data analysis
  • Assist with order entry processes
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • Familiarity with clerical procedures and office equipment
  • Ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Experience with databases and order entry systems is a plus
