    We are looking for a Sales Manager in Training in Monrovia, CA. As a Sales Manager in Training, you will learn every aspect of the Sales Manager role by shadowing key personnel like the Sales Director and other Sales Managers.

    The Sales Manager Trainee's role involves coaching the Sales Staff on customer service, sales techniques, and more. This position will give you the tools and training needed to become a successful Sales Manager.

    Your responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

    • Promote Sales
    • Actively participate in the selling team to understand the sales process
    • Ensure sales quotas are met
    • Recruit sales representatives
    • Provide sales staff with necessary training
    • Review sales staff performance
    • Conduct sales meetings
    • Ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and on time
    • Work in the field with the sales team
    • Travel locally to other locations may be required

    Requirements & Qualifications:

    • Sales experience is beneficial but not required
    • Comfortable with sales systems and CRM
    • High integrity, dedication, and drive to succeed
    • Desire to assist others and earn competitive income
    • Ability to work independently and in a team
    • Creative, outgoing, and energetic
    • Good driving record and valid license
    • Stable work history
    • Bilingual candidates preferred

    The associate may need to obtain an insurance license in some states, subject to background checks.
