Your responsibilities

Assisting the nursing service manager in planning, organizing, and potentially conducting care visits, staff and team meetings, as well as resident and family discussions
Joint personnel management and leadership of the nursing and social care departments
Ensuring care quality and documentation according to MDK-QPR in close collaboration with residents, family members, the care team, and other departments
