Join our team at one of our specialty stores as a Sales Assistant / Customer Advisor (m/f/d) in the field of audiology (m/f/d) in the Bodensee region, specifically in Stendal, IN.

Your responsibilities:

As a Sales Assistant / Customer Advisor (m/f/d), you will be the first point of contact for our customers in the store and actively maintain customer relationships
You will be responsible for organizing our store, including calendar planning and order and inventory management
You will provide administrative support to your colleagues and contribute to achieving our team's sales targets
You will assist our audiologists with pre and postappointment tasks
In addition to handling billing, you will also be responsible for communicating with health insurance companies
You will promote and explain the use of our accessory products to our customers

Your profile:

You have completed training as a medical assistant, salesperson, hotel or restaurant professional, flight attendant, or have several years of experience in the service sector
Your open communication style and organizational skills will impress our customers
You are flexible, responsible, and empathetic
You enjoy working in a team and are committed to achieving shared success
