We are seeking a student assistant for our PR agency with a focus on lifestyle, travel, and jewelry

located on Paradise Street in Munich

Waldburg PR is a Munich-based communication boutique specializing in luxury brands, particularly in the luxury hotel industry.




IMMEDIATELY WANTED:
STUDENT ASSISTANT IN THE FIELD OF PUBLIC RELATIONS

Your main tasks:

  • Support our team with all office and PR activities
  • Handling journalist inquiries (product, image, and price requests)
  • Monitoring and creating reports
  • Maintaining our database
  • Contributing to press texts, translations

Your qualifications:

  • Studies/apprenticeship in the field of communication/marketing, PR, or journalism, or equivalent education
  • Internship or first professional experience in the field of PR/event management, journalism, or hospitality
  • Confident and polite demeanor
  • Enjoyment of writing and adapting texts
  • Absolute proficiency in spelling and grammar
  • Fluent German and English in spoken and written form, additional language skills are desirable
  • Social media affinity and knowledge
  • Strong communication skills, high level of commitment, teamwork, flexibility, and independent work ethic
