  • Developing creative recruiting ideas
  • Participation in exciting projects and career fairs
  • Point of contact for our candidates in the selection process
  • Conducting phone interviews and job interviews
Qualifications

  • Completed commercial training or work experience in the security industry
  • Preferably previous experience in recruiting or HR
  • Willingness to travel regionally
  • Structured and independent work style
  • Team player with a desire for teamwork
