Resource Planner m/f/d Assembly Support in Rosenheim


TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Evaluation of production load after initial planning via TRM
  • Planning and allocation of assembly tasks to segments/suppliers according to defined capacity windows
  • Rescheduling of module assembly processes in VPT COCKPIT and EPP
  • Detailed planning and adjustment of module assembly process dates in VPT COCKPIT and EPP
  • Communication and coordination of deadlines in the control circuits of our customers (module assembly, main assembly, sales)
  • Proactive communication of deadlines to customers in case of escalation or deadline overrun via telephone, email, process disruptions
  • Proactive communication of deadline deviations to the responsible parties (procurement/production/supplier/plant)
  • Preparation and execution of internal control circuits (PackT, plants, suppliers) in VPT COCKPIT
  • Consolidation of deadline situation and weekly reporting on delivery deadline compliance to the management team
  • Responsible for ensuring high delivery deadline compliance
  • Identification, communication, and derivation of measures in case of deadline deviations to the management team
  • Creation of evaluations and analyses

REQUIREMENTS

  • Education in the assembly field or experience in assembly (mechanical or electrical)
  • Technician/business economist/completed studies
  • Proficient in Office
  • Experience in SAP
