    The Opportunity:
    • Are you seeking an opportunity to not only develop software, but also to create a system that will make a positive impact?
    • As a SharePoint and Microsoft 365 developer, you have the chance to tackle challenges with end-to-end solutions in a fast-paced, Agile setting.
    • We require a mid-level Power Platform and SharePoint developer with significant experience in out-of-the-box SharePoint development and configuration.
    • You will craft immersive customer experiences using front-end development technologies that capitalize on the Modern Experience in SharePoint Online.
    • Utilize the full potential of the Power Platform to revolutionize how customers engage in a digital workspace.
    • Collaborate on projects addressing DoD challenges, focusing on building automated business processes and sites in SharePoint and Microsoft 365 with user-centric design.
    • Apply web development best practices to ensure accessibility across various browsers, platforms, and devices, while meeting security and accessibility standards.

    You Have:
    • 5+ years of experience developing sites and hub sites for SharePoint Online or SharePoint 2019/2016.
    • Experience in creating architecture and solutions for Microsoft 365 and the Power Platform, encompassing Power Apps and Power Automate.
    • Proficiency with web development tools and languages.
    • Secret clearance.
    • Bachelor's degree.

    Nice If
    You Have:

    • Experience in Microsoft 365 Digital Loss Prevention and Incident Response working with government cybersecurity leads.
    • Experience as a Microsoft 365 Administrator.
    • Experience in crafting custom Microsoft 365 tools and capabilities, including Power Automate flows, Power Apps, and PowerBI visualizations to meet client needs.
    • Capacity for administrative functions supporting client activities in the Microsoft 365 Flank Speed environment.
    • Ability to contribute to SharePoint governance and migration projects.
    • Competence with SharePoint client object model for generating reports and data mashups.
    • Ability to design Microsoft 365 training plans.
    Clearance:

    Applicants selected will undergo a security investigation and must meet eligibility for access to classified information, requiring Secret clearance.
