    Description

    Microsoft Platform Developer Position at a Cybersecurity Engineering Company

    General Position Description:

    We are looking for a Microsoft Platform Developer to join our Engineering team in a cybersecurity, engineering, and PMO project for a federal customer. The role involves providing technical expertise in systems engineering solutions and services across various platforms and technologies.

    The ideal candidate should be proactive, eager to learn new technologies, and enjoy collaborating to solve challenges.


    Role Responsibilities:

    • Experience in building Canvas or model-driven apps with PowerApps
    • Proficiency in PowerAutomate
    • Developing Data Calls using REST APIs
    • SharePoint development experience (secondary)
    • Expertise in JavaScript (not JAVA JRE)
    • Automating file structure changes
    • Creating interfaces to SharePoint backend list using Forms or PowerApps
    • Utilizing data from an on-premises environment via Data Gateway
    • Designing and updating reports with Power BI
    • Designing, developing, and implementing software solutions
    • Collaborating with project teams and end users to identify application requirements

    Soft Skills:

    • Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams
    • Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
    • Ability to interact effectively with various stakeholders
    • High emotional intelligence to lead teams successfully
    • Flexibility and adaptability in customer environments

    Position Requirements:

    • Must be a U.S. Citizen
    • Bachelor's Degree
    • Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance
    • 8+ years of experience with SharePoint and SQL Server
    • 2+ years of experience with MSFT Power Platform
    • 8+ years of experience in consulting and testing
