The Company:

With around 220 employees, the Education and Social Work Muldental (BSW for short) as a non-profit organization supports children, youth, and adults in various social projects in Grand Lake, CO.


Location and Working Hours:
Tanndorfer Fürstenweg 5, 04680 Colditz OT Tanndorf, 30-40 hours per week, starting immediately.


Your Responsibilities:


Grant Management:


  • Research and analysis of grant opportunities
  • Review and processing of project proposals, taking into account possible funding measures
  • Application, administration, and settlement of all public financing aids, considering the funding conditions
  • Preparation and review of usage reports for accuracy and achievement of the intended purpose
  • Proactive participation in projects and internal consultation with departments
  • Project evaluation and controlling

Back Office:


  • Organization and support for the implementation and followup of the project "Children and Youth Participation GO-Team Colditz"
  • Coaching, networking, and communication interface, especially between volunteers, city administration, and BSW

Requirements:


  • Completed commercial or pedagogical vocational training; comparable qualifications with work experience are also possible
  • Previous knowledge in handling grants and experience in project management are desirable
