Are you interested in working for an international company that is one of the leading independent providers of fuel card solutions in Germany?


We are looking for Telephone Customer Advisors, Sales Agents, Call Center Agents, and Telephone Customer Service Representatives to join our team in Monroe, OH.

As a Telephone Customer Advisor, you will be responsible for providing customer service and sales support to our clients.


Responsibilities:

  • Inbound and outbound customer consultation
  • Telephone communication (B2B)
  • Creating and processing offers
  • Maintaining relationships with existing clients (B2B)
  • Handling emails and faxes

Qualifications:

  • Ability to work in a team
  • Friendly demeanor
  • Sales experience, preferably in telephone sales
  • Loyalty
  • Efficient and fast working style
  • Proficiency in PC applications and Microsoft Office
  • Fluent in German

Benefits:

  • Fixed salary (negotiable, minimum 2000€ 2300€) plus uncapped bonus (average of in the first quarter), with the potential for salary and bonus increases upon reaching quarterly goals
  • Pleasant office location in 10117 Berlin (near Friedrichstraße train station)
  • Working hours from Monday to Thursday 08:30 16:45, and Friday until 15: hours)
