Your responsibilities

  • Management of the ward in collaboration with your deputy
  • Responsibility for implementing the structural, process, and outcome quality of the ward while adhering to legal and corporate requirements
  • Optimal scheduling and deployment of subordinate staff, taking into account the PPUGV and other quality guidelines
  • Implementation of the nursing process
  • Ensuring the quality of care and documentation
  • Intra and interdisciplinary collaboration
  • Effective and efficient use of resources
  • Participation in oncall duty

Your profile

  • Completed training as a midwife, nursing specialist (m/f/d), health and nursing care professional (m/f/d), with relevant professional experience in patient care. Experience in neonatology or gynecology is
