What you can expect:

Contributing creative design ideas
Implementing seasonal trends for Light Woven based on Concept Design briefings, while ensuring the BOSS DNA is present in each garment
Designing, sketching, and developing styles in collaboration with the Head of Design
Guiding and coordinating the product development process both internally and externally, from sketch to production release
Proactively developing sketches, fabric direction, and ideas, as well as leading fitting sessions
Collaborating closely with Concept Design, Brand Management, Trim Team, Collection Coordination, Pattern Design, and Technical teams
Strategically thinking about processes, workflow, design, and direction for the Light Woven collection as a whole
Implementing the company's strategic guidelines and participating in workshops and projects
Researching trends and innovations, analyzing competitors, and conducting store checks and market visits
