    Job Description

    Job DescriptionThe Windfall is partnering with a Hedge Fund that is seeking to hire an Executive Assistant. This is working at their HQ, midtown, Manhattan. You will be joining a growing office and supporting an extremely motivated and busy team. This role is working in the office Monday-Thursdays, WFH Fridays from 8:30am-5:30pm with the flexibility for overtime as it is needed.


    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Travel arrangements and logistics across time zones
    • Maintain and update Investment Professionals calendars
    • Book and coordinate internal and external meetings
    • Setup conference/video calls and with internal and external parties
    • Manage conference rooms for meetings
    • Breakdown conference room after meetings
    • Prepare material, update and edit presentations
    • Print, bind and distribute presentations
    • Arrange and coordinate internal/external conferences
    • Coordinate with Portfolio Companies and Executives
    • Handling of confidential information and materials
    • Register and update contacts in internal databases
    • Expense reporting
    • Backup other EAs
    • Coordination of international meetings
    • Assist with officewide projects and events, as needed

    REQUIREMENTS

    • 3+ years of EA experience in finance is a must
    • Bachelors Degree is a must
    • Travel and logistic coordination (domestic and international)
    • Heavy calendar management
    • Experienced in; Gmail, Google Calendar, Salesforce (or other CRMs), PowerPoint, Excel, Word
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize/reprioritize as needed
    • Capable and driven to take initiatives
    • Sound commercial judgment
    • Strong communication skills
    • Strong interpersonal skills (heavy coordination across business lines)

    PACKAGE
    $115-120,000 Base Salary
    Discretionary Bonus Based on Individual & Firm Performance
