    Introduction
    As a Package Consultant at IBM, get ready to tackle numerous mission-critical company directives.

    You will use a mix of consultative skills, business knowledge, and technical expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into our clients' business environment and achieve business results.

    Your Role and Responsibilities
    This position is expected to provide expert level business process guidance on Navy ERP's SAP requirements and design. This position requires experience in designing/configuring business processes in SAP MM.

    Work with clients to understand their business requirements and design and implement solutions that meet those requirements.

    Configure the SAP MM module to meet client requirements, including:

    Setting up material master data, vendor master data, purchasing groups, purchasing organizations, pricing procedures, and other relevant settings
    Perform system testing to ensure that the SAP MM module is working correctly
    Provide training to end users on how to use the module
    Provide ongoing support to clients for the SAP MM module, including:

    Troubleshooting issues, Providing guidance on best practices
    Implementing fixes and enhancements
    Work with other SAP consultants to ensure that the SAP MM module is integrated with other SAP modules, such as FI (Financial Accounting) and CO (Controlling)
    Create documentation for the SAP MM module, including user manuals, process flows, and system configurations
    Continually review the SAP MM module and identify areas for improvement. Work with clients to implement changes that improve their business processes

    Required Technical and Professional Expertise
    10 or more years of SAP experience
    Experience in software development lifecycle surrounding requirements gathering, analysis, design, development, documentation, test (unit, functional, integration, regression, stress, and user acceptance), implementation, and postproduction support of standard and custom business solutions supporting SAP MM module (in a Tier 3 environment)

    ust have a good understanding of SAP MM software and the ability to configure, customize, and implement SAP MM solutions
    Demonstrated experience serving as a program or project manager leading and supervising a multidisciplinary staff of various levels.
    Functional and technical expertise to improve the performance of the business; resolve functional and technical integration issues across SAP modules
    Able to obtain DoD Clearance (must be clearable)

    Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
    5+ years MM experience
    Experience in post go-live production support and break/fix
    Ability to analyze problems, identify the root cause, and propose solutions
    DoD and specifically Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)

    The compensation range and benefits for this position are based on a full-time schedule for a full calendar year. The salary will vary depending on your job-related skills, experience and location. Pay increment and frequency of pay will be in accordance with employment classification and applicable laws. For part time roles, your compensation and benefits will be adjusted to reflect your hours. Benefits may be pro-rated for those who start working during the calendar year.
