Apprentice Specialist in System Gastronomy (m/f/d) at Starbucks Dresden Hbf

Your Starbucks experience as an apprentice:
Start your apprenticeship in system gastronomy and experience the processes at Starbucks up close.

As an apprentice, you are responsible for providing our guests with fast and unique service, as well as the best product quality. You prepare the most wellknown Starbucks hot and cold drinks every day, act as a point of contact for guests and partners, and communicate promotional offers to our guests.
Be responsible for building and developing the team: recruiting based on professional tools, training and motivating employees, conducting feedback, performance and development discussions, and integrating the existing team.
Control personnel costs in the store: analyze profit and loss reports, plan staffing needs, create schedules, and ensure compliance with processes and standards.
